SI Analytics

si-analyticsBy developing the glass electrode 65 years ago, SCHOTT laid the foundation for the success of electrochemical measurement. With high-performance pH glasses, innovative electrodes and electrochemical measuring instruments such as pH meters, conductometers, oxygen measuring instruments, piston burettes and titrators we have since made sure that electrochemical measurement today is an indispensable, trouble-free and reliable procedure all over the world.

Meters

Schott Instruments laboratory measuring instruments from the Lab and ProLab product family as well as the portable instruments enable most reliable results in combination with our electrodes and accessories, the unique buffer solutions and ampoules. They enable and secure the daily routine of pH, redox, ISE, conductivity and D.O. measurings from process to documentation.

Conductivity Meters

Laboratory practice at its best –GLP with SCHOTT Instruments Electrode is automatically recognized. Ideally suited for measurements according to USP 28. Measuring instruments that automatically recognize the electrode! The latest microtechnology enables storing of the calibration data in the sensor. For each measurement the sensor logs in with its ID (type
and serial no.) and by sending its calibration data assures that only the sensor specific data are used to calculate the measured value.

PH Meters

Precise measurements – With a measuring range of -2.000 up to +20.000 pH and an accuracy of 0.003 pH the ProLab is especially suited for demanding measurements in research and process control. Reproducible results – The automatic calibration at up to 5 points and the automatic buffer recognition from more than 16 selectable buffer sets guarantee trustworthy measurement results on highest level. Glass meets metal – Housed in a solid metal body, the big and brilliant graphic display is protected by a one-piece glass slide. The S4D stand can be attached without tools either to the left or the right side of the instrument to make up an immovable unit. Utmost reliability – Designed for use according to 21 CFR Part 11: The wireless sensor recognition and user identification allows to assign a user name to each measured value. ProLab Ph Meters also comply with further requirements, e.g. user levels allowing to allocate administrator rights or user identification via an electronic ID card.

Portable Meters

SCHOTT® Instruments handylab – the mobile mini-laboratory
The latest handylab generation is available in seven different models – all with a new modern look and expanded features. These compact, battery powered, pocket-size meters were specially designed for field work. They are available as a set in a practical carrying case with the respective combination electrode and all of the requisite accessories, thus providing the user with a high performance mini-laboratory. All of the handylab 12 models have a data memory, which means that measurements can be recorded manually or automatically using a timer control, and can be evaluated at a later time. In addition, they have a serial interface, and an optional power pack is available for utilization at stationary measurement locations.

Combination Meters

Precise measurements – With a measuring range of -2.000 up to +20.000 pH and an accuracy of 0.003 pH the ProLab is especially suited for demanding measurements in research and process control. Reproducible results – The automatic calibration at up to 5 points and the automatic buffer recognition from more than 16 selectable buffer sets guarantee trustworthy measurement results on highest level. Glass meets metal – Housed in a solid metal body, the big and brilliant graphic display is protected by a one-piece glass slide. ProLab Ph Meters also comply with further requirements, e.g. user levels allowing to allocate administrator rights or user identification via an electronic ID card.

Titration

Dosing, titrating and water analysis according to Karl Fischer can be so easy
Building on our Schott Instruments know-how, we have also developed a range of reliable laboratory instruments for dosing, titrating and Karl Fischer water analysis. These instruments combine ease of use with maximum accuracy, and the robustness required for daily operation in the laboratory. The new TitroLine® 6000 for example is with its spectrum of benefits the ideal entry into the potentiometric titration and the perfect choice for applications in the field of food, water/waste water and environmental analysis.

UV Spectro-photometery

Compact and light, these new spectrophotometers are ideal for standard applications in education or in the laboratory up to the double beam UVIKON spectro-photometer for more challenging measurements in research, you will certainly find the matching instrument to handle your measuring duties.

Hotplates and Stirrers for Laboratories

The hotplates from SI Analytics have the benefits of the glass-ceramic heating surface which has proven by millions in households. Chemical resistance, a high-grade surface quality and a resistance to temperature shock of more than 700°C provide the user maximum benefits compared to conventional hot plate materials. The always plane and pore-free surface enable even most stubborn dirt to removed simply and in a caring manner.
