With many years of experience in heavily regulated industry, the staff of Focus Scientific Solutions are keenly aware of the importance of compliance, and the role that we, as service providers, have to play in supporting our customer base to achieve it.
Our QMS is designed to meet the standards of ISO 9001:2000, and important aspects of Quality such as document control, training records, corrective and preventive actions etc., are all addressed in our manual and SOP.
It is our intention that our quality system is more than just manuals and documents, and at every opportunity, we endeavour to address and exceed the standards required.
Our Quality Policy and our Mission statement both reflect our company ethos.
The Health and Safety of our employees is of critical importance to us and our Safety Policy and Environmental Policy backed up by our Health and Safety Manual, all demonstrate this.
